Obituary for John Miinch

John Miinch
John B. Miinch, age 66, of Sedgewickville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born on August 28, 1951 at Fredericktown, Missouri; son of Lowell and Wilma “Peterman” Miinch. He and Vickie “Rhodes” Miinch were united in marriage on October 29, 1972.
John worked for Hacker Plumbing and Heating of Cape Girardeau. John was not only a plumber by trade but considered himself to be the “Best Plumber” in Cape Girardeau. John loved God and his country and was a very patriotic man. He enjoyed playing softball, basketball, volleyball, fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors. Although John had many hobbies, his family always come first and loved them dearly. John was a friend to anyone that knew him and will be deeply missed by all.
Survivors include his wife Vickie “Rhodes” Miinch of Sedgewickville, MO., one son Andrew (Kathi) Miinch of Sedgewickville, one daughter April Seabaugh of Sedgewickville; brothers Harold (Paulette) Miinch and Doug Miinch of Patton, MO., sisters Jo (Jay) Mitchem of Patton, MO., Vicki Ambrose of Bethalto IL., grandchildren Lucian Seabaugh, Elias Miinch, Jacob McAnally, and Jessica Davis; great-grandchildren Kate McAnally, Quinn McAnally, Daisy Davis, and Cannon Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Missouri; on Monday, January 1, 2018 from 4 to 8 P.M.
Funeral Service will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Liley funeral home in Patton, MO. With Rev. Donnie Ford and Don Estes officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children Hospital.
