David R. Fox, 56, of Marble Hill, MO, died Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 30, 1953, in Bollinger County; son of Henry Washington and Beulah Mae Jacobs Fox. He and Becky Killian were united in marriage on April 12, 2008.
David retired from the Union Pacific Railroad as a machine operator, was a member of the Advance Eagles, and was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include: his wife, Becky of Marble Hill; two sons, David Henry Fox of Jackson; Jason Estes of Grassy, one step son, Anthony Killian of Marble Hill, one daughter, Rebecca Dunn of Colorado Springs, CO; two brothers, Alvin Fox of Advance; Rick Fox of O'Fallon, MO; two sisters, Hazel Owens of West Plains, MO; Marilyn Sitze of Mt. Sterling, IL; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jack and two sisters, Mabel White, Wanda Huffman.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 16, 2009, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral Services will be Thursday at 10:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home with the Rev. Elijah Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill, MO.
