She was born January 19, 1925 at Laflin, MO; daughter of Henry and Cornelia (VanDorn) Steinnerd.
Ursula and Joseph Nenninger were united in marriage on April 23, 1946 and he passed away on August 29, 1964.
Ursula was a member of the St. John’s Catholic Church in Leopold, MO. and a member of the Ladies Organization of St. Ann. She also was a personal cook for many years to the priest of St. John’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include four sons Lonnie (Audrey) Nenninger of Leopold, MO., Leo (Cathi) Nenninger of Oran, MO., Cyril (Catherine) Nenninger of Leopold, MO., Donald (Tina) Nenninger of Leopold, MO; two daughters Linda (late Eugene) Stoverink of Leopold, MO., Sheila (Richard) Banville of Jackson, MO; two sisters Eula VanGennip of Marble Hill, MO., and Monica Lewis of Jackson, MO; one daughter in-law Shiela (Sean) Nenninger James of Leopold, MO; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband Joseph Nenninger; one son Tim Nenninger; four sisters Margaret Elfrink, Gen Elfrink, Winnie Beck, and Loretta Arnzen; and one daughter in-law Norma Nenninger and one son in-law Eugene Stoverink.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, MO. from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Parish prayers at 5:00 P.M.
Funeral Mass will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 15, 2019 at the St. John’s Catholic Church, with Fr. David Coon officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
